Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Crowdsnap. They apply to event hosts, guests, and anyone else who uses the service.
These are general terms and do not replace legal advice tailored to your business, jurisdiction, or product details.
Using Crowdsnap
Crowdsnap provides tools for event hosts to create upload links and for guests to submit photos, videos, and related event content. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Accounts and Access
Hosts are responsible for maintaining access to their accounts and for all activity under their event links. Guests may be able to upload content through public or shared event links, with or without a separate account.
Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for inviting guests appropriately, obtaining any needed permissions or consents, moderating event content, and using guest submissions in a lawful and respectful way.
Guest Submissions
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the rights of others. You understand that the event host may view, download, organize, display, or share submissions related to their event.
Content Ownership and License
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Crowdsnap a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You also grant the event host permission to use submissions for the event-related purposes they describe to guests.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Crowdsnap to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, invasive, infringing, explicit, or deceptive content; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or use the service to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
Third-Party Services
Crowdsnap may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, and similar services. Those providers may process information as needed to support the service.
Service Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also remove content or restrict access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if doing so is needed to protect users, the service, or others.
Disclaimers
Crowdsnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that uploaded content will never be lost or unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crowdsnap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or event opportunities.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Crowdsnap after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
