We use information to provide event upload pages, manage host accounts, display guest submissions to event hosts, improve the product, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and communicate about service-related updates.

Guest uploads are shared with the host or organizer for the event associated with the upload link. Hosts are responsible for how they invite guests, describe the event, and use or share collected event content.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, store, secure, analyze, or deliver the service; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Event content may be retained until deleted by the host or until it is no longer needed for the event experience.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may choose not to submit content, and hosts may manage event content through the tools available in the service. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable.

Crowdsnap is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
